I'm an accredited practising dietitian and nutritionist and have been a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia since 2012. I've got a degree in food science and nutrition and a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, and I've also studied business.
Over the past 11 years, I've worked as a nutritionist within the food industry, been a clinical dietitian, worked in health promotion, and done some lecturing at a university.
As a content producer at CHOICE, I test a range of food categories looking at taste and nutrition, and I love applying a scientific lens to food. CHOICE has a brilliant reputation for consumer advocacy and helping consumers make informed decisions, and it's exciting to be a part of that.
I'm passionate about food and nutrition and the role sustainability plays in these areas, and I love cooking and developing recipes.
